The following are just some of the lines in his speech that I like the most:
"You can't connect the dots looking forward; you can only connect them looking backwards."
"Sometimes life hits you in the head with a brick. Don't lose faith."
"The only way to do great work is to love what you do. If you haven't found it yet, keep looking. Don't settle. "
"If today were the last day of my life, would I want to do what I am about to do today?" And whenever the answer has been "No" for too many days in a row, I know I need to change something.
"Your time is limited, so don't waste it living someone else's life. Don't be trapped by dogma — which is living with the results of other people's thinking."
"Stay Hungry. Stay Foolish."
For inspiration, I read my journals (I've been keeping journals since I was 11 years old). Two of them which were written when I was in high school talked about competition, my first love, and it showed my passion for writing and arts.
Right now, I'm thinking of pursuing what I want, that is, to become an entrepreneur/designer. It's a tough job but I know I can make it.
