Because It's Summer

Since it's the last month of summer here in the Philippines, our family decided to hit the beach. What I love most here in Davao is the fact that we can enjoy the beach anytime. It's no hassle at all since the Island Garden City of Samal is less than an hour away. 

This is in El Magic, a budget-friendly beach resort located in Brgy. Caliclic, Babak District, Island Garden City of Samal. Entrance fee is P10 and each open cottage costs P100. This resort has basketball and volleyball courts, mini-canteen, function hall, and closed cottages for overnight use (as low as P400/night).

After spending hours eating and enjoying the beach of El Magic, we went into a mini-tour for just P600 (good for 10-15 persons). The tour, which will enable us to see 13 beach resorts in Samal, lasted for 2 hours. 

We're given 30 minutes to enjoy this part of the island.
